30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If the workbook isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no questions, no awkward exit surveys. Your peace of mind matters more than the sale.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to hello@breaktheloopbook.com from the email address you used at checkout. Include:

That's it. You do not need to explain why. You do not need to prove you read the workbook. We trust you.

Processing Time

Once we confirm your request, the refund is processed through Stripe immediately. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. The refund goes back to the original payment method.

Eligibility

The 30-day window starts on the date of purchase (the Stripe charge date). Requests made after 30 days cannot be processed, but please still reach out if you're having any issue with the Product, we'll do what we can to help.

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. It's either a full refund within the 30-day window or no refund after it, whichever you prefer. Simpler for both of us.

Why We Offer This

The Break The Loop workbook is designed to help you change patterns that have been with you for a long time. That work is personal and can't be forced. If the approach isn't a fit, you shouldn't be out $29. We'd rather refund one reader than pressure them into keeping something that isn't helping them.

This policy is a promise of trust, not a loophole. We ask that you use it honestly.

After a Refund

Once your refund is processed, your access to the Product is terminated. You agree to delete any downloaded copies of the workbook from your devices. We may also remove your data from our systems upon your request, subject to any legal retention requirements (see our Privacy Policy).
