These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of breaktheloopbook.com (the "Website") and the purchase of the Break The Loop workbook (the "Product"). By purchasing the Product or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

After purchase, you complete a short quiz (5 questions) that assembles a version of the workbook tailored to your situation. The workbook is delivered to your email inbox within minutes of completing the quiz.

The Product is:

• A self-guided educational resource based on attachment theory and practical exercises.
• Not therapy, medical advice, or a replacement for professional mental health care.
• Not a diagnostic tool.
• Intended for adults aged 16 and older who are not in acute crisis.

4. Price and Payment

The Product is a one-time purchase of 29 USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details. Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on your country, Stripe may convert the amount to your local currency at checkout.

5. Delivery

After successful payment, you will be redirected to a short post-purchase quiz. Once you submit the quiz and your email address, your personalized workbook is assembled automatically and sent to your inbox, typically within 2 to 5 minutes. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact hello@breaktheloopbook.com.

6. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase the Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the workbook for your own personal growth. You may:

• Download, read, and print the workbook for your personal use.
• Complete the exercises, fill in the journal prompts, and mark up the file as you wish.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share the workbook.
• Upload it to file-sharing sites, torrent platforms, or any public location.
• Reproduce substantial portions of the content in blog posts, videos, courses, or derivative products.
• Remove or modify any copyright notices.
• Use the content to train machine learning models without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content of the Product, including text, exercises, layout, and design, is the intellectual property of Kacper Borzymiński and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in civil and criminal penalties.

9. Consumer Rights (EU)

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, because the Product is delivered as a digital file immediately after purchase, by completing the quiz and requesting delivery you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once delivery begins. This does not affect our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, which remains available to all customers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Product or Website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of relationships, or any negative outcome resulting from your use or misuse of the workbook content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the purchase of the Product shall be resolved by the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland, unless consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you additional rights.
